For 34 years I have worked as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist helping clients replace feelings of helplessness with peace and balance. With compassion as my guide, I teach the subtleties of thought and how the right ones bring healing. Some clients report losing anxiety in a single week, especially teens.
You may not feel like 100% right now, but the truth is that you are not your difficulties, and I know this. As your guide and advocate, I will hold your hand as we find the happiness you may have forgotten exists.
And, should the need arise, I also write letters for Emotional Support Animals.
