I understand its difficult to reach out for help and I make a strong effort to make your experience comfortable and healing. Despite my years of education and practice, I truly believe the love I have for my clients is the healing force.

I am a Cognitive Behavioral therapist and strive to teach you how your thinking determines what you feel and that you will learn to have choices in how you will feel. I can show you how to think so that you never experience depression or anxiety again.

Therapy is about learning how to communicate and cope.

I feel honored to accompany you on your journey towards personal growth. I want to show you how your obstacles and suffering will not be in vein. You will become stronger more deep, colorful person and have a more fulfilling life from your traumas if you learn how to cope effectively despite your obstacles. There is a precious gift of spiritual growth waiting for you as you push through hurt and pain. I will show you how. You will feel better in your own skin and more connected to others. I have a strong medical background and understand the body-mind connection. I am originally from New Jersey. I was born Jewish yet practice Buddhism. I will teach you how Mindfulness can give you peace. I am very spiritual, and I am a true empath. I am a mom and I love children and animals.
